you all know how I feel about scooter bodywork get rid of it !!!! my girlfriend's scoot had two headlights @ 55w each the little power supply was not sufficient for that all the dash lights, running lights, and recharging the battery so everything was dim and the battery died and needed replacement every few months. I got some nice LED cube lights aimed one high the other low, put about watts back into the system. tucked them up behind the stock lenses and inside all the bodywork. looked better than stock The battery stopped dying and the running and dash lights stopped dimming at idle I think the stock bulbs where some ridiculous dim 18w×2 and the stator didn't have the amps for 55w×2

That helps to explain the popularity of the Grom and its many clones. They don't have a lot of plastic that interferes with maintenance.
