I'm looking for some helpful soul who can/will DRAW (or post a previously drawn) picture of the carb hose attachments. I have the PDF manual, have read it thoroughly, and don't understand it at all.
The carb has ... (let's see if I can remember off the top of my head)
2 attachments near the base, that I believe go to the water lines, but it's hard to tell which hoses are what, so somebody who's drawn them out and what the hoses eventually attach TO, would be great.
1 pipe near the BASE near the other two water pipes, I'm not sure what this goes to?
The gas line is obvious.
There is a pipe at the top of the carb, right near the side near the rubber connector to the intake "manifold", what's that go to?
There is *another* pipe on the intake "manifold", what's THAT go to?
There is a pipe on the side of the carb that goes to some sort of diaphram, I assume this is a vacuum line, where does it connect to?
There is a valve thingy that seems to go to the carb that is towards the REAR of the bike, a big pipe that goes to the air box is also attached to the valve. What's this valve called, and where does it's vacuum line go to on the carb?
There is a long line that goes to the front of the bike, all the way up the frame. What's this line go to, the charcoal canister? If so, where does this line attach to the carb?
There is another vacuum controlled valve towards the front of the bike, that I think goes to the carb, I think controls more emissions stuff, where does this line attach to the carb, if at all?
In the manual, the hoses are given labels, line "#5 HOSE" - are these supposed to help me figure out which are which? They're certainly not labeled in real life.
I know this is a weird question, but I'm sure somebody has already done this work. I already google searched it, but there were so many (wrong) answers, i got frustrated and decided to ask here.
thanks!
