A 100 main is probably too large,  too small. Try 96-98. |

Ah 5 months ago rebuilt , check your valves lately? You never get an a/f adjustment correct with misadjusted valves.

UPDATE:
It was the pickup coil on the stator. It had separated from the bracket a bit and cracked. Was leaning down at an angle. It would lean even further when the RPM got really high. I ended up hearing it hitting the flywheel.
