Make sure the counter shaft is the right length for the 2 banger, some of the 2 strokes have a longer counter shaft. Alleyoop  |

they should fit said they fit aerox 50 ect.

i got the gears an unfortunantely they were wrong as well. i found another potential ya the aerox gears dont fir the chinese long cases. the gears im getting are in the 100+ range now and are 14/42 which is only 11% but its better than nothing. said they fit chinese generic so ill keep my fingers crossed.

Odd or even number of teeth on two meshing gears should have no influence on wear. Prick-punch two corresponding marks on each gear-i don't care what the number or combination of numbers are, and every tooth lines up with the same tooth every revolution. like timing gears in an automobile.

returned the other gears and cant afford the knew ones yet they are more than the refund. Funny thing i ripped my gasket messing around the box and had to buy some gasket paper and make an oil print. better than paying top dollar. and have some sheet left over.
