Hi Cookies, after poking around the net a bit I get the name of a company in China called the Jiangmen Dihao Motorcycle company, who also sell under their own Hounian and Haotian brand-name, though I know it was Znen that made Lexmoto's "Tommy" scooter. In addition there's contracts with; Baotian, Lifan, Jinlun and Qinqi.
